The Villa is located at the bottom end of the charming little hamlet of Iano, which dates back to the Etruscan times.
The Villa is situated on the three borders of the provinces of Siena, Florence and Pisa, so it is a perfect starting point for visiting the most beautiful towns of Tuscany,
and they can be reached with a short drive, San Gimignano and Volterra are whithin a 20minute drive.
The Villa was built around the middle of 1900 and until the end of the '70s it was used as the local school.
The house has been lovely restored by the owners in keeping with the original features, such as very tall ceilings and now is a magnificient house.
It has been furnished with original 1900 furniture, with particular care even to the smallest details so it can provide the maximum comfort for all the guests.
The house is 210 square meters, all on one floor, with 3 entrance doors leading into the charming and delightful garden, completely fenced and with a beautiful
bay leaf hedge, a beautiful wrought iron gazebo from which one can enjoy the stunning views over the surrounding hills.
The delightful swimming pool, located amongst the olive trees, with a children's pool and wooden sun loungers complete this heavenly spot.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people plus 1 baby.
The surrounding countryside is made of clay hills, vast wooded areas and lines of cypresses alternating with vines and olive trees.
This location is perfect for trekking, quad and motor bike tours and mountain bike riding.
Horse riding, tennis courts and the beautiful Castelfalfi golf course can be reached with a 10minute drive.
